Oak Hill man dead; police look for shooter

OAK HILL, W.Va. — Police in Fayette County are looking for those responsible for an Oak Hill man’s murder.

Oak Hill police said Franklin Borders, 41, was shot twice at a residence on Broadway Ave. Borders was pronounced dead at Plateau Medical Center.

Police are looking for two men. They say they were seen at the crime scene wearing black sweatshirts and ski masks.
