CLARKSBURG, W. Va. — A Morgantown man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to counterfeit money.
Barry Eugene Dragovich, 36, was found repeatedly possessing and attempting to use counterfeit U.S. currency after an investigation led by the U.S. Secret Service
The indictment returned by the grand jury in Clarksburg on Wednesday charges Dragovich with three counts of possessing counterfeit obligations and securities and one count of uttering counterfeit obligations and securities.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.00 for each of the four charges, if convicted.
