MARTINSBURG, W. Va. — A federal grand jury returned an indictment Wednesday charging a Pennsylvania man with drug trafficking committed in Harrison County.
Reginald Maurice Teasley, Jr., 38, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, following an investigation by the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative.
While in Clarksburg, he was discovered in possession of heroin in October.
Teasley faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000 if convicted.
