Charleston man dead in Huntington after being found in car

HUNTINGTON, W. Va. — A Kanawha County man remains in critical condition while another was found dead in a car over the weekend in Huntington.

Thomas Horn III, of Charleston was pronounced dead while Jon Velasquez, also of Charleston, was sent to Cabell Huntington Hospital.

Investigators surveying the scene said foul play was not evident, they will be testing for carbon monoxide poisoning, but have not currently determined a definite cause.

The investigation into the incident is being conducted by Huntington Police Department. They have requested anyone with information call the 304-696-4420.
