CROSS LANES, W.Va. — Kanawha County police are investigating an armed robbery at a video lottery parlor in Cross Lanes.
A woman told police she was held up Friday morning at Joli’s on Big Tyler Road at around 4 o’clock. She said a woman wearing a Halloween mask pulled a knife on her and stole her purse.
The alleged victim called 911 from the Speedway on Big Tyler.
