ABCA pulls license of Charleston nightclub following shooting

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Artie’s Kickback Lounge on Charleston’s West Side doesn’t have a liquor license for at least the next 10 days.

The license was suspended Tuesday by the state ABCA after a Tuesday morning shooting at the Central Ave. location that injured two people.

Charleston police found 46 rounds had been shot in and around the nightclub. The shots came from outside and inside.

Police have identified the victims as two Charleston women. Francis Foye, 31, was shot in the hand and Priscilla Raimo, 56, was shot in the leg.

Investigators are still looking for the shooters.
