Preston chiropractor convicted

KINGWOOD, W.Va. — A Preston County chiropractor was convicted Thursday on 12 criminal counts in connection with a former patient.

Stephen Herto, 48, sent explicit emails to a 16-year-old girl. He admitted in testimony Wednesday that he’d been foolish.
