FBI now looking for Ohio man wanted in WV crimes

CANTON, OH — The FBI is now looking for the Canton, Ohio man who allegedly took part in crimes in Kanawha and Jackson counties over the weekend.

The agency announced Tuesday it has joined the manhunt for Robert Clark, 29. He is wanted, not only for robberies in several states, but also for the murder of an Ohio couple on Jan. 22.

Clark and another man allegedly killed Doyle Chumney, 88, and his wife, Lillian, 79, of Strasburg, Ohio. Their bodies were found in their torched car.

Police in Kanawha County believe Clark, Jeffrey Caley Jr., 28, and Tabatha Hazel, 26, robbed a customer at the Little General BP near Sissonville Saturday and attempted a robbery at a convenience store in Jackson County that same day. The trio also allegedly committed crimes over the weekend in South Carolina and Georgia.

The FBI is offering a $25,000 for information on Clark.
