Fayette teacher arrested on drug charges

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — A Fayette County teacher was arrested Monday after buying Roxicodone pills from an undercover police officer.

The Central West Virginia Drug Task Force said it had received complaints that Shae Davis Wells, 40, a teacher at Fayetteville High School, was buying illegal drugs.

The task force set up a purchase Monday at the Dairy Queen in Fayetteville. They said Wells left school and purchased 10 Roxicodone pills for $300 from the officer. She was arrested at the scene.
