Four suspects wanted in Mon County robberies

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.– Four suspects are being sought in two seperate robberies in Monongalia County. The incidents occured about 40 mintues apart Sunday night.

Police say the first robbery was reported around 10:20 p.m. at the Richwood Avenue Dairy Mart. The supsect entered the store, pulled a knife and demanded money. He was described as a short, white man, about 5-foot-6 with a graying beard. He was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses at the time of the robbery.

Then police reported another robbery on Brookhaven Road. Officers were dispatched to an apartment at 10:52 p.m. where three suspects broke into the residence. All three were wearing hooded sweatshirts and two had their faces covered while the othe was wearing a mask. A witness told police one of the suspects fired a shot.

So far no arrests have been made.
