ELKINS, W.Va. — A Randolph County man has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges.
Mark Wesley Lambert, 39, of Elkins, was convicted in federal court of marijuana trafficking in Randolph County.
Lambert entered his guilty plea to one count of Distribution of Marijuana and faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
The Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, the Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, investigated.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Warner prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
U.S. Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull presided.
