MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — MVB Bank announced Friday that it will acquire two Susquehanna Bancshares branch locations in Berkeley County and will assume approximately $69 million of deposits and $17 million of loans.
The locations are located in Martinsburg and Inwood.
The acquisition is subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
