WVU lineman arrested for burglary

Haughton-James, RussellMORGANTOWN, W.Va– A senior offensive lineman for West Virginia University was arrested Sunday night Monongalia County. Russell Haughton-James, 22, was arrested on a single count of burglary by West Virginia State Police. He was taken to North Central Regional Jail and was awaiting arraignment.

Haughton-James, of Plantation, Fla., has played in 26 career games with the Mountaineers. The 6-foot-5, 300 pound Haughton-James appeared in 12 games last season as a backup tackle and was used as an extra offensive lineman in power situations as well as seeing action on special teams.
