Watch: Youth Day hunt nets teen’s first gobbler

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Spring turkey season in West Virginia began with Youth Day on April 25, and it provided a memorable moment for 17-year-old Hunter Davis, who bagged his first bird.

The teenager’s dad, Jim Davis, teams with Dave Bunnell on the popular “Brothers of the Woods Outdoors” series, which captured video of the hunt near Stonewall Jackson Lake in Lewis County.
