CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Harrison County native could face up to two decades in prison after pleading guilty to weapons charges in Federal Court on Thursday.
A Federal Court found Darius Henning, 24, of Clarksburg, guilty of illegal possession of a .45 caliber pistol. He pleaded guilty to two charges–being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Stolen Firearm stemming from an arrest in January.
Henning was convicted of First Degree Robbery in 2011.
Each count carries the possibility of a ten-year sentence and a fine of up to $250,000.
