Ohio man arrested in Logan County on weapons charges

KITSLER, W.Va. — State Police arrested a 34-year old Columbus, Oh. man early Thursday morning after he allegedly barricaded himself in an apartment following a physical altercation.

Police say they tried to negotiate with Lamar Dorsey when he brandished a firearm. He was charged with being a felon in possession of firearm and brandishing a firearm.

Dorsey is currently in the Southwestern Regional Jail awaiting arraignment in Logan County Magistrate Court.
