PRINCETON, W.Va. — A man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly kidnapping and threatening a person at Princeton Community Hospital.

Jared Weatherly, 29, attempted to get out of the hospital by pulling a brass knuckle switch blade and running after a nurse, Princeton Police said. Weatherly allegedly ran out of the hospital and forced a truck driver to take him to Resthaven Cemetery.

He was arrested shortly after and was charged with kidnapping with unlawful restraint, brandishing deadly weapons and assault.
