Jeremy “Lucky” Colby Vickerson, 27, of Detroit, has been charged with delivery of Oxycodone and possession with intent to deliver Oxycodone, according to Harrison County Chief Deputy Jeff McAtee.

Vickerson’s arrest stems from an undercover operation initiated by the Drug Unit from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department. When they learned that the transaction would occur in Harrison County, they contacted the Harrison County SCAD Unit for assistance.

Vickerson agreed to sell 64 Percocet pills in exchange for $2300 after contact was made with him, via cell phone, from the mall parking lot. He insisted that the drug transaction take place inside the Mall at the video arcade.

An undercover SCAD Deputy met Vickerson inside the arcade and completed the transaction. A surveillance team followed Vickerson to the Mall exit where he was arrested.

Upon his arrest, Vickerson had the $2,300 “buy” money in his pocket along with 36 additional Oxycodone pills.

On Wednesday, Vickerson was arraigned by Harrison County Magistrate Frank Demarco who set his bond at $200,000.
