MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A bank in downtown Morgantown was robbed Tuesday afternoon.
A man walked into the United Bank branch on Fayette Street at around 3:30 p.m. and passed the teller a note, Morgantown police said. He also had a bag and told the teller to fill it with money.
The suspect took off toward High Street, according to witnesses.
Police are looking for a white man in his mid-30s. He was wearing sunglasses, a hat, long pants and a lightly colored long-sleeve T-shirt.
There were no injuries.
