Clarksburg, W.Va. – The suspect in a Marion County sexual assault case is in custody.
Rockiell Demonte Jones, 37, of Fairmont is accused of forcing his way into a home July 10 where investigators said he sexually assaulted a woman who was unconscious.
Fairmont investigators requested assistance from US Marshals to find Jones. He was discovered by US Marshals and Morgantown police Friday around 4:30 p.m. near Forrest Street.
Jones was wanted for second degree sexual assault and nighttime burglary.
