Two killed in separate crashes

PINEVILLE, W.Va. — Two people were killed in separate accidents Friday in West Virginia.

An ATV wreck in Wyoming County claimed one life. It happened on Airport Road in Pineville at just before 10 a.m.

No identity has been released at this time and the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.

A crash on U.S. 219 on Cheat Mountain in Randolph County Friday afternoon claimed a life.

A tractor trailer flipped over in the wreck near Huttonsville, state police said.

The victim was identified by Troopers as 64-year-old Thomas Wanke.
