PARKERSBURG, W.Va. — Police are looking for a suspect in a weekend murder.
James Robert Brandjes, 30, of Parkersburg, allegedly attacked Mark Weaver, 48, at his 43rd Street residence in Parkersburg late Saturday night, police said.
Brandjes had gone to the home in search of his wife who had gone there earlier in the evening. Weaver would not allow Brandjes into the residence, police said. Brandjes then returned, began to attack Weaver, locked his wife out and continued the attack.
Police later found Weaver dead.
Brandjes is described as 5-11, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, hands, neck and face.
