BUNKER HILL, W.Va. – A Berkeley County girl is dead after the ATV she was riding crashed into a telephone pole last week. The girl, identified as Elyssa Marie Kimpel-Watkins, 12, of Kearneysville, lost control of the vehicle while riding late Thursday night. She was taken to Winchester Medical Center where she was pronounced dead shortly after noon on Friday.
