Marion County suspect connected to Pennsylvania robberies

Fairmont police and Pennsylvania troopers are looking for this suspect in three robberies.

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A suspect in a Marion County armed robbery investigation could be the same man Pennsylvania police are seeking.

A white man in his late 20s to early 30s pulled a pistol and demanded money from a clerk at the Shell/Par Mar Station on East Grafton Pike. Fairmont detectives have surveillance images from the Aug. 7 robbery that show the man wearing a black ball cap, bandana covering his face, a black sweat shirt and denim shorts.

He’s described as 5-foot-10 to 6-foot tall with a medium build.

Pennsylvania state police were investigating two robberies two days later in Uniontown. In their surveillance images the suspect appears to have a large scar on the back of his head.

Investigators said the man is a suspect in all three robberies.

Anyone who can help identify this suspect was asked to contact Fairmont police at (304) 366-4200.
