Woman arraigned after Clarksburg stabbing

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A woman is in custody after she told Clarksburg police she stabbed a man following a fight Wednesday morning.

Summer Davis, 27, was arrested Wednesday morning.

Summer Davis, 27, is being held in the North Central Regional Jail on $25,000 bail.

Police found a man identified as Anthony Ward on Clay Street at about 1:30 a.m. He had an open stab wound to his chest, officers said.

Ward was initially taken to United Hospital Center for treatment.
