Juvenile charged following threat at Capital High

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police detectives arrested a juvenile Thursday they believe responsible for a threat made Wednesday on Capital High School.

A juvenile detention hearing would take place later Thursday, police said.

Parents were alerted in a school system robo call Wednesday night about the threat and the additional police presence at the school Thursday morning.

Capital operated on a normal schedule Thursday.
