WAYNE, W.Va. — Wayne County Assessor Eric Hodges had his bail revoked Monday after he allegedly charged more personal items on a county credit card.
Hodges was arrested again Saturday while driving an ATV allegedly bought with the county card. Prosecutors said some of the new charges were as recent as last week and included a new motorcycle.
They said the charges have increased since last Friday by more than $8,000.
The total amount of charges that Hodges has allegedly run up on two county credit cards is over $50,000.
