Phillip Mosely, 34, of Fayette County, Pa., is being sought for absconding his Pa. state parole in 2010. He has been a fugitive since that time.

Earlier on Thursday, information was developed that led investigators to believe he was in Morgantown, in the area of the Boston Beanery on Patteson Drive.

When law enforcement attempted to make contact with him, he fled in a vehicle.

Shortly after the pursuit started, he crashed that vehicle near Krepps Park and then fled on foot.

He was last spotted near the Econo Lodge on Monongahela Blvd.

Mosley is described as a black male, 5’7″, 195lbs, with a tattoo on his right arm that states “Money Rules”. He was last seen wearing a white baggy T-shirt and black shorts.

If anyone spots Mosley, they are asked to call 911 immediately.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Mosley is asked to call the U.S. Marshals Service at 304-623-0486.
