Committee to further discuss W.Va. tax reform

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — More discussion on the best ways to restructure West Virginia taxes will be held today at the state capitol. The Joint Select Committee on Tax Reform will meet at 9 a.m.

Among those expeccted to make presentatinos are Dr. Calvin Kent on the issue of property tax assesments. Tax Foundation Policy Analyst Jared Walczak will make a presentation at 10:30 a.m. on pathways to personal property tax reform.

The presentations will be in the House Government Organization Committee room.
