MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Roger Doleman, the second of two brothers convicted of in the 2013 home-invasion robbery of former National Football League defensive back Fulton Walker Jr., has been sentenced to serve 12 years in prison.
Doleman received that sentence for first-degree robbery Monday, along with a 2-10 year sentence for assault in the Walker case, and 1-5 years for failing to appear in court for trial in that case on June 14, 2015.
The sentences will run consecutively as part of a binding plea agreement.
Doleman is currently serving an eight-year prison term in Maryland on unrelated drug charges.
The judge ordered Doleman to serve the three Berkeley County sentences while he is serving his eight years in Maryland.
He will be returned to complete his West Virginia sentences after his release.
Roger Doleman’s brother and co-defendant, Raheim Doleman, was sentenced in August 2014 to 18 years in prison for his role in the robbery and assault of Walker.
