FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A Fairmont man, out of jail on bond for felony abuse charges, is now wanted on drug charges.

Fairmont Police are searching for Joshua Everest Lee, 35, following five felony warrants issued Friday by Marion County Magistrate Court.

Lee  stands 5’-9 inches and weighs 200 pounds.

The most recent charges against him include four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.  Those charges, according to investigators, involve conduct with juveniles.
