BARBOUR COUNTY, W.Va. — State Police in Philippi are investigating an incident after one man died and a woman was injured.
State Police and first responders responded to a call on Proudfoot Road Tuesday evening.
The Medical Examiner was also called out to the scene.
The woman is at Ruby Memorial Hospital for undisclosed reasons.
