Hail damage widespread in Taylor County

GRAFTON, W.Va. — Body shops and windshield repairmen are going to be busy in Taylor County today.  Damage is reportedly widespread in the county after a hail storm moved through Thursday evening.

Social media is a gallery of broken windows, damaged cars, and shredded roof tops.  Pictures of hail stones show they varied from golf ball to near baseball size.

Reports this morning also indicate damage at Grafton High School as a result of the storm.
