Harrison County Grand Jury returns indictments for May term

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — The May term of the Harrison County Grand Jury has returned 63 indictments charging individuals with various crimes.

The jury worked through the cases from Monday until Tuesday afternoon when the charges were sent through to circuit court.

Among those named in the indictments includes:

Raymond Thomas McIntire, 37, of Clarksburg, who is charged with five counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian or Custodian, five counts of Incest, four counts of First Degree Sexual Assault and one count of Second Degree Sexual Assault.

Kristy Ann Hutson, 30, and Matthew David Sandy, 30, both of Clarksburg, who both face nine counts of Forgery, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Forgery and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Uttering.

and David Scott Thomas, 38, of Nutter Fort, who is accused of one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Within One Thousand Feet of a School, one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and one count of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance.
