Craig Allen Stimson, 37, of Cravensdale, is alleged to have attacked two individuals who lived with him, cutting a man and striking a woman.

Police responded to the Cravensdale area residence Tuesday after receiving a 911 call reporting an altercation, according to Sheriff Mark Brady.

Investigators found the male victim with stab wounds, among other injuries, and was transported to the hospital by Randolph County EMS.

The female victim had received only minor injures after allegedly being hit by Stimson.

It is also alleged Stimson discharged a firearm during the altercation, but no one was injured in the process.

Deputies arrested Stimson and initially charged him with Malicious Wounding, while other charges are pending.

He is currently being held in the Tygart Valley Regional jail with bond set at $100,000.
