CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. — A man was taken into custody by WV State Police Saturday on multiple sexual abuse charges.
Steven Allen Smith, 26, was arrested and charged with four counts sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and four counts of first degree sexual assault.
The incidents happened between Jan. 2013 and Dec. 2015 according to criminal complaint. Smith was being held on a $400,000 cash only bond.
