LEESBURG, Va. — Remains found earlier this month in Jefferson County have been identified.
Police in Leesburg, Virginia, say the body of Carlos Otero-Henriquez, 18, was found June 3 in an open field.
He was reported missing May 23.
The investigation into the death is ongoing and is being conducted by multiple law enforcement agencies.
