CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia could be in for another round of severe storms Wednesday afternoon stretching through Thursday morning.
The first round of storms could have a more northern track.
The National Weather Service has issued flash flood watches for about half of the state starting Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon.
The counties under the watch include: Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Tucker, Jackson, Wood, Pleasants, Tyler, Roane, Wirt, Calhoun, Ritchie, Doddridge, Braxton, Gilmer, Lewis, Harrison, Taylor, Webster, Upshur, Barbour, Pocahontas and Randolph counties.
