CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The state Division of Highways released an updated road report Monday evening that indicates dozens of roads still closed following last Thursday’s devastating flood.
There are eight roads closed in Clay County, seven in Kanawha County, six in Greenbrier County and nine in Nicholas County.
