ONA, W.Va. — Cabell Midland senior defensive back Alex Ray has been selected to participate in the 2017 Blue-Grey All-American Bowl.

Ray’s former teammate — and WVU signee — Reese Donahue participated in the game this past year prior to heading to Morgantown.

The 2017 Blue-Grey All-American Bowl will take place at EverBank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 1 p.m.

Over 6,750 athletes attended Blue-Grey regional combines this past year from which the players were selected. Ray is a three-year starter for Cabell Midland as the Knights are coming off of a 12-1 season and playoff semifinal appearance.
