HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A Milton man was found guilty in Cabell County Circuit Court Thursday of sexually abusing a 9-year-old following a two-day trial.

Douglas M. Neumeyer, 48, was found guilty of three counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of sexual assault.

The victim was 9 years old at the time of the abuse that prosecutors said took place between June 2006 and 2007, according to the indictment.
