HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The state Supreme Court of Appeals will be at the Marshall University Tuesday to hear three cases.
Chief Justice Menis Ketchum II is a former member and chairman of Marshall University’s board of governors.
The appearance will be the Court’s seventh at Marshall in the past 12 years. The appeal petitions include that of a murder and burgarly conviction, and a kidnapping and attempted extortion appeal.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend the session, which begins at 10 a.m. in the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center.
A reception with the judges will follow the session in Performing Arts Center lobby.
