The appearance will be the Court’s seventh at Marshall in the past 12 years. The appeal petitions include that of a murder and burgarly conviction, and a kidnapping and attempted extortion appeal.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the session, which begins at 10 a.m. in the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center.

A reception with the judges will follow the session in Performing Arts Center lobby.
