HURRICANE, W.Va. — A man is dead after a violent fight at a home in Putnam County Friday night. Deputies were called to the 70 block of Marina Park in Teays Valley around 11:20 p.m. Friday where they found a man dead of a stab wound to the chest.
Deputies say the stabbing stemmed from an arguement between the victim and another man inside the residence late Friday night. The name of the victim has not been released.
His body was sent to the state Medical Examiner’s office for autopsy.
Deputies say the investigation continues and so far no charges have been filed.
