Two-vehicle crash claims life of Jackson County woman

SANDYVILLE, W.Va. — A Jackson County woman died following a two-vehicle crash Sunday.

Deputies said Cinda Westfall, 59, of Liverpool was killed in the accident at the intersection of Route 56 and Parkersburg Road near Sandyville. It happened at around 4:30 p.m.

One vehicle was attempting to travel north on Parkersburg Road when it hit a truck heading south. Westfall was a passenger in the truck.

No other injuries were reported.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
