Samuel fell beneath a wagon wheel while his family was celebrating a friend’s baptism in the area of Miller’s Church Road near Hagerstown, Md.

Hagerstown borders Berkeley County, W.Va. across the Potomac River.

Samuel father, Joseph Choi, tells the Herald Mail he doesn’t know what happened.

One minute, Samuel was sitting in the wagon, and the next he was on the ground fighting for his life.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Tuesday that Samuel died at Meritus Medical Center east of Hagerstown shortly after the accident occurred.

His funeral services were held Wednesday at Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church.
