Police believe he shot a person in the parking lot of the Rich Oil gas station in the Stealey area of Clarksburg. There is no update on the victim’s condition at this time.

Parker was arrested after police received a tip that he had been spotted near the WalMart on Emily Drive.

According to police, he did have possession of a firearm at the time of his arrest.

Dustin Parker, 22, of Clarksburg, is accused of an armed robbery in Bridgeport.

Police also arrested Parker’s brother Dustin Parker, 22, of Clarksburg, in connection to a robbery at the Town House Motel in Bridgeport.
