Justice announces appointments to Board of Medicine

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Governor Jim Justice’s office announced Friday he has appointed four members to the West Virginia Board of Medicine.

The four — Timothy Donatelli, of Princeton; Rev. Janet Harman, of Charleston; Victoria Mullins, of South Charleston; and Russell Wooton, of Beckley — will each serve five-year terms that will expire in September 2022.

Donatelli, Harman and Wooten replaced Rusty Cain, Beth Hays and Cheryl Henderson, whose terms expired on Sept. 30.

Donatelli specializes in general podiatric medicine, orthopedics and foot and ankle surgery. Harman serves as a deacon at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Charleston and leads the Conflict Transformation Teams for the West Virginia United Methodist Church. Mullins is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Wooton is a lawyer at Wooton & Wooton, Attorneys at Law, specializing in personal injury cases.

The board is comprised of 16 people.
