MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – A man who died Sunday after falling from a bridge over Interstate 81 and being struck by a tractor-trailer was identified as Greg Ventrone, 23, of Martinsburg.
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office reports the incident occurred around 2:00 in the morning near exit 16.
The incident remains under investigation.
An autopsy is expected.
