Four arrested in Fayette County drug bust

SCARBRO, W.Va. — Four people are facing charges in Fayette County after police seized large quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and marijuana from a Scarbro home.

Joshua Gray, 32, and Juanita Gray, 36, both of Scarbro, along with Philip Gray, 33, of Oak Hill, and Kendall Williams, 33, of Macon, Georgia, were arrested at the scene after a drug seizure by the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force.

Each individual is charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

All four are in Southern Regional Jail.

The arrests, execution of search warrant, and drug seizure Monday evening were part of a joint operation between the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department and the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force.

According to the Office of Fayette County Sheriff Mike Fridley, further charges are expected to be filed when the case is presented to the Fayette County Grand Jury for indictment.

At this time, it’s unclear the precise quantity of each substance seized by police.
