SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Kanawha County man who wanted to be a South Charleston police officer was arraigned on sexual assault charges Monday, investigators said.
During the interview process for the policeman’s job, Tyler Price, 31, of Nitro, told the department he had sex with a woman and videotaped the encounter. The woman was passed out from a night of drinking, police said.
Price was charged with 2nd degree sexual assault.
